All exit polls by major agencies partnered with government-affiliated media organizations have predicted a thumping victory for the NDA (the BJP’s alliance), some even predicting a two-thirds majority with 370+ seats. However, no exercise by any agency can gauge the mood of such a vast electorate with diverse backgrounds. From northeast India to the southern tip of India, people’s issues and concerns are of significant difference. Based on previous polls conducted, the current exit poll cannot be determined as the predicament of the people. Patience is vital.
